I’m so happy to work with Barb, she is a very nice and very knowledgeable person. We are very satisfied with the products as well as the whole process, including selecting, measurement, signing a contract and installation. I always asked the company to assign an experienced installer to me, because the installation is an important part of a good quality. Some company will do that, but some not. I feel so relaxed because Barb arranged everything so efficiently and professionally, she also came on the day of the installation so I don’t have to take one day off to be staying at home. We are very pleased with the end result of our purchases last summer and last month. Barb’s consulting service was excellent – without her I’m sure we would not have chosen the right products for our projects! There was an issue regarding the valence of one of the woven wood drapes but this was resolved recently after Shawn, the installer who did the recently purchased wood blinds, pointed out what was causing it to not hang properly. One of the valences for our new wood blinds was chipped accidentally during the installation process , however we are confident that will be rectified as soon as a replacement piece is available.

Barb was excellent. We initially looked at 2 other suppliers and they had no where near the knowledge and professionalism that Barb demonstrated. We have very “tricky” rakehead windows that Barb found a fantastic “affordable” solution for. All products were delivered on time and as promised. Our blinds are totally BEAUTIFUL ….We truly appreciated your input on some of our selections ( you have great taste ) Rick & I are so happy with our Blinds and our choices..they look awesome in our new place. We were also very happy how fast our order arrived, especially over the Christmas holidays. Our installer was great but we forgot his name?? he was very friendly – efficient, and explained how they worked. So all in all we are very very satisfied with the price, and service, and most of all your friendly staff. P.S. Hope you had a wonderful holiday Barbara!!!

Admittedly, we did have sticker shock at the price, but we’re very pleased with it.
